Hello! My name is Alexandria, I am a hair stylist specializing in blonding, vivids, and custom color! I love to meet new faces and give a new found confidence to all who come through my door! Cancellation and No-Show Policy I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I strive to accommodate changes when possible. However, to ensure I can provide the best service to all of my clients, I have established the following policies regarding cancellations and no-shows: • Cancellations: A 25% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. The minimum cancellation fee is $30 for color services and $15 for cutting services. If you reschedule your appointment within 2 weeks of the original appointment date, this fee will be waived. • No-Show and Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment on the same day or fail to attend without notifying me, a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file. The minimum fee for same-day cancellations or no-shows is $60 for color services and $30 for cutting services. If you do not have a valid card on file, an invoice will be sent for payment via Zelle, Venmo, or Cashapp. Please note that unpaid or overdue fees will prevent you from booking future appointments until the balance is settled. Late Arrivals I value your time and the time of my other clients. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment, it may reduce the time available for your service. In such cases, I may need to reschedule your appointment and apply a no-show fee. Safety and Space Considerations For the comfort and safety of all clients, children are not permitted in the studio. One additional guest is welcome to accompany you, but due to limited space, they will be asked to wait in the designated waiting area outside the studio. Health and Safety If you are feeling unwell or showing signs of illness, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for the safety and well-being of all clients.
